Shandel Beauty Brand was established in 2021, inspired by our CEO Shandel Rodriguez’s search for high quality and innovative products for lash artists and customers alike.

I am thrilled to be able to show you a dream turned reality by way of effort and dedication.

Shandel Rodriguez CEO:  A little about me, I am a young Dominican woman who immigrated to the United States in 2015 with dreams of a better life for my son and family. It should be noted that by way of a relentless vision and all conceivable strength, I was able to enter the world of beauty and launch Shandel Beauty Lab in 2020. What started as a part time project became the biggest and most significant venture in my life. My studio gets the absolute best of me day after day, despite what challenges may ensue. I am constantly seeking knowledge and experience in my craft in order to provide the high quality services my clients deserve.
